Only thing wrong is that it’s not as dark as I would have liked. 

Not insulated. It’s just like a regular glass. Do not put in dishwasher as the high heat WILL affect the coating. I wash mine by hand with a soft cloth on the outside. Avoid scraping with hard objects.
